In 2013, ASCEND, a teenage girl mentoring initiative was launched at The Center of Achievement, Inc. ASCEND provides a hands-on, coaching and guidance environment enabling at risk teenage girls to mature quickly and to stay the “right” course as they grow into adulthood. Volunteers of ASCEND provide individual and group mentoring services.
